Prescriptions Request 


Please complete the form below to request a repeat prescription. However please make sure your pet has been examined by one of our vets within the last 6 months. It is a mandatory requirement by the New Zealand Vet Council that Vets are required to carry out  a Vet consultation before restricted Veterinary medicines are prescribed.

Please allow AT LEAST 1 working day for us to get the medication ready for you. We will call you once it is ready for pick up or if our vet has any concerns.
